【Care Food Private Cooking Class】

Happy Kitchen "Care Food Private Cooking Class" is tailor-made for institutes, residential care homes, hospitals, and corporate organizations. Led by our professional instructor team, the program provides in-depth explanations of the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) standards. We also conduct live demonstrations on how to utilize German Pool’s senior-friendly Professional High-Speed Food Processors and various small kitchen appliances to create exquisite care food soft meals that are nutritious, visually appealing, and perfectly adapted to different swallowing needs.
The courses are flexibly divided into three major categories based on different requirements:
1. "IDDSI Standards & Care Food Techniques" Educational Lecture
Focuses primarily on theoretical teaching and knowledge sharing. It covers deep insights into IDDSI standards, dysphagia dietary concepts, food texture modification techniques, and the latest trends in care food development, enhancing participants' understanding of active aging nutrition and care food culture.
2. "IDDSI Standards & Care Food Preparation" Cooking Workshop
Blends theory with hands-on practice. After learning about IDDSI standards and care food knowledge, participants can personally prepare various types of care food on-site. This workshop helps participants master ingredient processing, texture control, and plating techniques, offering a full experience of the exquisite soft meal creation process.
3. "IDDSI Standards & Care Food Preparation" Certificate Course
A professional, advanced program combining theoretical education, practical operation, and live testing. Participants will prepare various levels of care food from IDDSI Level 1 to Level 7 on-site, with a professional Speech Therapist conducting real-time IDDSI standard tests and detailed explanations. Upon completion, participants will be awarded a certificate to certify their enhanced professional knowledge and practical skills in care food.
The course content can be flexibly adjusted to meet the specific needs of different organizations and audiences. It is ideal for culinary students, healthcare and caregiving professionals, residential care home staff, corporate groups, and anyone concerned about elderly dietary health. We are committed to promoting the philosophy of "sharing the same meal at the same table," helping more individuals with swallowing difficulties rediscover the joy and dignity of enjoying fine food.
