德國寶x頭條日報「德國寶廚神挑戰賽」由2025年3月至12月及2026年1月,每月舉辦1場,共11場廚藝大賽,每月特設不同主題讓您盡情發揮;並將於2026年2月份舉行年度終極賽,與您共同見證「德國寶廚神」的誕生!「德國寶廚神」年度大獎獲獎者可獲得總值超過$10,000德國寶產品!

比賽流程

由德國寶代表、頭條日報代表、星級廚師、廚藝學校專業廚師及城中名人所組成的評審團,根據作品味道、創意、呈現方式、擺盤、烹調技巧及德國寶產品使用程度等方面進行評分,選出當月冠軍。

About German Pool Master Chef Challenge

German Pool x Headline Daily "German Pool Master Chef Challenge" Kicks Off with Excitement! This is more than just a stage for culinary masters to compete – it's a festive celebration where everyone can unleash their creativity and showcase their skills! Whether you're a kitchen newbie or a seasoned chef, you can dazzle the judges' taste buds with your signature dishes! Join us now on this thrilling and delicious culinary journey and create your very own legendary recipes!

The "German Pool Chef Challenge," co-organized by German Pool and Headline Daily, will feature 11 exciting monthly cooking competitions from March 2025 to January 2026! Each month has a unique theme to spark your inspiration! The campaign will culminate in the Grand Finale in February 2026, where we will crown the ultimate "German Pool Master Chef" together! The grand prize winner will receive German Pool products valued at over HK$10,000!

​Competition Flow

12月12日係「世界吞嚥日」,所以今次比賽特別以「世界吞嚥日🌍照護食對決❤️」作為比賽主題,希望透過創意料理,推廣「同餐、同桌、同食」嘅照護食概念。無論你係照顧吞嚥困難人士或老友記嘅照護者、院舍或醫院廚師、孝順仔女或孫仔孫好,都歡迎您用一道色香味俱全嘅照護食,真正實現同屋企人安心團聚嘅時光💚

參賽資格:廣大廚藝愛好者均可報名參加;任何人士,不限年齡、身份、國籍(歡迎個人或組隊參賽,每隊不多於3個人)

🍳December Challenge: World Swallowing Day🌍Care Food Showdown❤️  

In honor of World Swallowing Day on December 12th, this month's competition is dedicated to the "Care Food Showdown." We aim to promote the concept of " Enjoying the Same Food & Dining Together at the Same Table”, where elderlies or patients with swallowing difficulties can enjoy creative and delicious cuisines together with family and friends. Whether you are a caregiver for someone with dysphagia, a chef at a nursing home or hospital, or a loving family member, we warmly invite you to participate, and create a visually appealing, aromatic and tasty care dish that brings the joy of a safe and shared meal to the table, making family reunions possible for all. 💚

Registration Deadline: On or before 12:00 noon, 8 December 2025
Shortlist Announcement: 8 December 2025
Competition Date & Time: Friday, 12 December 2025, 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Competition Venue: Happy Kitchen Café & Bar @ German Pool Causeway Bay Fashion Walk Flagship Store (G/F & 1/F, Shop G, 9 Kingston Street, Causeway Bay)

Eligibility: Open to all cooking enthusiasts. Anyone can register regardless of age, occupation, or nationality. Individual or team entries are welcome, with a maximum of 3 participants per team.

「冠軍」將由評審團按照上述評審標準得出的最終分數計算;總得分最高的參賽者獲得冠軍殊榮;「最佳創意食譜獎」及「德國寶產品應用獎」由評審團一人一票方式投選

Remarks:

The Champion will be determined based on the final scores calculated by the judging panel according to the above scoring criteria. The participant with the highest total score will be awarded the Champion title. The Best Creative Recipe Award and the German Pool Product Application Award will be decided by a one-vote-per-judge system.

 

參賽方法 How to Enter

網上初賽

填妥表格報名,並提交作品影片及/或相片,配以完整食譜(包括做法及食材、配料份量)及不超過150字簡介。

所有作品將由德國寶與頭條日報內部評審團進行篩選,最終選出6-10隊(每隊不多於3人)進入每月舉行的「德國寶廚神挑戰賽」現場對決,展現你的烹飪實力!

Online Preliminary Round

Complete the registration form and submit a video and/or photos of your dish, along with the full recipe (including ingredients, quantities, and cooking steps) and a brief introduction of no more than 150 words. All entries will be reviewed by the internal judging panel from German Pool and Headline Daily. A final selection of 6–10 teams (maximum 3 members per team) will advance to the monthly “German Pool Master Chef Challenge” on-site cook-off to showcase your culinary skills!

產品試用

德國寶將為6-10隊(每隊不多於3人)入圍參賽者推介最合適的德國寶電器或廚具,入圍參賽者亦可選擇指定德國寶煮食電器出賽,並可於比賽前一周的指定時間內親臨德國寶銅鑼灣Fashion Walk旗艦店試用該產品30分鐘至1小時。

Product Trial

German Pool will recommend the most suitable German Pool appliances or kitchen tools for the 6–10 shortlisted teams (maximum 3 members per team). Shortlisted participants may also choose a designated German Pool cooking appliance to use in the competition. Participants can visit the German Pool Flagship Store at Fashion Walk, Causeway Bay, during the designated trial period one week before the competition to test the selected appliance for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

現場決賽

6-10隊(每隊不多於3人)入圍參賽者須於決賽當日親臨德國寶銅鑼灣Fashion Walk旗艦店Happy Kitchen Café & Bar使用德國寶電器及廚具製作於「網上初賽」所提交的菜式。

On-site Final

The 6–10 shortlisted teams (maximum 3 members per team) must attend the on-site final at German Pool Flagship Store, Fashion Walk, Causeway Bay – Happy Kitchen Café & Bar. Participants will use German Pool appliances and kitchen tools to prepare the dish they submitted during the online preliminary round.

 

上菜形式和份量

每道菜式為4-5人份量,參賽者可選擇以每份形式(共4-5份)或以一碟形式上菜

Serving Style and Portion

Each dish should serve 4–5 people. Participants may choose to present the dish in individual portions (4–5 servings) or as a single shared platter.

 

食材及配料

  • 所有主要食材需由參賽者自備,大會僅提供基本調味料(包括由大會指定醬料贊助李錦記提供的舊庄特級蠔油、頭道原釀頭抽、特級老抽、混合芝麻油、蒜蓉、白胡椒粉、黑胡椒碎、番茄醬、調味白醋、柱侯醬;以及鹽、糖、生粉、雞粉、少量油)

  • 大會為每隊參賽者提供最多$300食材資助,實報實銷,超出$300之費用由參賽者自行承擔;比賽完結後,會提供網上食材資助申請表格,相關款項將於比賽後一個月內發放

  • 參賽者可自攜特殊醬料及調味料,以配合其菜式風格,大會將提供透明玻璃碗予參賽者裝載自攜的醬料及調味料

  • 食材的預處理(如漲發、刴茸、醃製、切絲、裝飾雕刻等)

  • 需在場外完成,比賽現場僅限進行烹調及擺盤

  • 禁止使用已預先煮熟或半成品之食材(如預製菜、罐頭食品、即食包等)

Ingredients and Seasonings

  • All main ingredients must be provided by the participants. The organizer will only provide basic seasonings, including Lee Kum Kee premium oyster sauce, first-extraction light soy sauce, premium dark soy sauce, blended sesame oil, minced garlic, white pepper powder, crushed black pepper, tomato ketchup, seasoned white vinegar, Chu Hou sauce, as well as salt, sugar, cornstarch, chicken powder, and a small amount of cooking oil.

  • Each team will receive a maximum ingredient subsidy of HK$300, reimbursed upon submission of receipts. Any cost exceeding HK$300 will be borne by the participants. An online subsidy application form will be provided after the competition, and the reimbursement will be issued within one month after the event.

  • Participants may bring their own special sauces or seasonings to match the style of their dish. Transparent glass bowls will be provided for participants to hold their own sauces or seasonings.

  • Ingredient preparation (e.g., soaking, mincing, marinating, shredding, decorative carving) must be completed off-site. Only cooking and plating are allowed on-site.

  • Pre-cooked or semi-prepared ingredients (e.g., pre-made dishes, canned foods, instant packs) are not allowed.

 

廚房設備

  • 大會提供基本廚具(刀具、砧板、鑊鏟、煲鑊)及參賽者事前所選擇的指定德國寶煮食電器

  • 如參賽者並無事前選擇德國寶煮食電器,恕不接受現場申請

  • 參賽者可自行攜帶廚具或自備特殊工具或器材

  • 參賽者可自行攜帶適當器碗碟器皿作擺盤之用,大會僅提供白色圓碟、刀叉、匙羹、筷子

Kitchen Equipment

  • The organizer will provide basic kitchen utensils (knives, cutting boards, spatulas, woks/pots) and the designated German Pool cooking appliances pre-selected by the participants.

  • If participants have not pre-selected a German Pool cooking appliance, on-site requests will not be accepted.

  • Participants may bring their own kitchen tools or special equipment as needed.

  • Participants may also bring suitable plates, bowls, or serving ware for plating. The organizer will only provide white round plates, forks, spoons, and chopsticks.

比賽時間

  • 比賽將於下午2:40開始,全程為60分鐘(包括預備、烹調及擺盤),每份菜式為5人份量;參賽者需於限時內完成菜式,逾時完成之菜式將被扣分(每逾時1分鐘扣1分,最多扣10分)

  • 完成整個賽事及評審試菜後,參賽者將有1分鐘時間向評審團介紹菜式

  • 如參賽者遲到,恕不補回準備或比賽時間

  • 比賽範圍內並不對外開放,家人朋友可於場外或Happy Kitchen Café & Bar等候

Competition Time

  • The competition will start at 2:40 PM and lasts 60 minutes in total (including preparation, cooking, and plating). Each dish should serve 5 portions. Participants must complete their dishes within the time limit. Late submissions will incur a penalty of 1 point per minute, up to a maximum of 10 points.

  • After completing the competition and judging tasting, each participant will have 1 minute to introduce their dish to the judging panel.

  • Late participants will not be granted extra preparation or competition time.

  • The competition area is not open to the public. Family and friends may wait outside or at the Happy Kitchen Café & Bar.

 

獎項

冠軍(1名)、最佳創意食譜獎(1名)、德國寶產品應用獎(1名)及優異獎(5名)

「冠軍」將由評審團按照上述評審標準得出的最終分數計算;總得分最高的參賽者獲得冠軍殊榮;「最佳創意食譜獎」及「德國寶產品應用獎」由評審團一人一票方式投選

 

*每月冠軍將自動晉級至年度終極賽,共有10位冠軍參加終極賽

Awards

Champion (1), Best Creative Recipe Award (1), German Pool Product Application Award (1), and Merit Awards (6)

The Champion will be determined based on the final scores calculated by the judging panel according to the criteria mentioned above; the participant with the highest total score will receive the Champion title. The Best Creative Recipe Award and German Pool Product Application Award will be decided by a one-person-one-vote system among the judges.

*Each monthly champion will automatically advance to the Annual Grand Finale, where all 10 monthly champions will compete.

 

條款及細則

  • 一經報名,表示所有參賽者均同意無償參與所有事前及事後之相關宣傳、包括但不限於相片、影片、食譜分享、新聞稿、社交媒體、網站公告以及案例分析等;並同意授權主辦單位無償使用其比賽期間的肖像、影像及聲音於任何形式的媒體推廣中。

  • 德國寶及頭條日報有權對比賽當日的攝影、錄影及錄音素材進行剪輯及修改,並擁有最終決定權。

  • 入圍者必須親身出席比賽,不得委派他人代為參賽。

  • 參賽者如因違反食品安全、版權或任何香港法律而引發法律問題,須自行承擔責任,主德國寶及頭條日報概不負責。

  • 若因天氣、場地問題或其他不可抗力因素導致比賽延期或取消,主辦單位保留更改賽程或比賽安排的權利,而不作任何補償。

  • 參賽者須確保作品不侵犯任何第三方權利,如有爭議,參賽者需承擔相關責任。

  • 若發現參賽者提供虛假資料或違規行為,德國寶及頭條日報有權取消其參賽及獲獎資格。

  • 德國寶及頭條日報保留隨時更改比賽條款及細則的權利,恕不另行通知。

  • 如有任何爭議,德國寶及頭條日報保留最終決定權。

 

Terms and Conditions

  • By registering, all participants agree to participate voluntarily and without compensation in all related pre- and post-event promotions, including but not limited to photos, videos, recipe sharing, press releases, social media, website announcements, and case studies. Participants also authorize the organizers to use their likeness, images, and voice during the competition for promotional purposes across any media format without compensation.

  • German Pool and Headline Daily reserve the right to edit or modify any photography, videography, and audio recordings taken during the competition, and their decision is final.

  • Shortlisted participants must attend the competition in person; no substitutes are allowed.

  • Participants are solely responsible for any legal issues arising from violations of food safety, copyright, or any Hong Kong laws. German Pool and Headline Daily shall not bear any responsibility.

  • In the event of weather conditions, venue issues, or other force majeure circumstances causing postponement or cancellation of the competition, the organizers reserve the right to amend the schedule or arrangements without compensation.

  • Participants must ensure that their submissions do not infringe upon any third-party rights; any disputes arising will be the participant’s responsibility.

  • If a participant is found to have provided false information or engaged in any violation, German Pool and Headline Daily reserve the right to disqualify the participant and revoke any awards.

  • German Pool and Headline Daily reserve the right to amend the competition terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • In case of any disputes, German Pool and Headline Daily reserve the right of final decision.
