Dec 17: Care Food Standards and Techniques Workshop @ HKYWCA - Jockey Club Carer Space (Sai Wan Ho) 🌞

German Pool Happy Kitchen Care Food Standards and Techniques Sharing Workshop was successfully held🎉. Caregivers and seniors gathered at the event, and we spent a fulfilling and heartwarming time together, using the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) standard as a bridge and delicious afternoon tea as a medium💕.

In addition to practical knowledge sharing, the live demonstrations of various German Pool's professional food processors became a highlight of the workshop🌟. The instructors demonstrated how to use different models of processors, from mincing and pureeing ingredients to preparing homogenized care foods. These simple operations can be completed quickly⚡, which not only greatly reduces the difficulty of preparing care meals, but also maximizes the preservation of the nutrients and original flavor of the ingredients🍅.
