Sept 19: Care Food Standards and Techniques Workshop @ Pine Care✨

In the residential care homes for the elderly (RCHEs), "ensuring that the elderly eat safely and healthily" is of paramount importance❤️. For the elderly with reduced chewing function and weaker swallowing ability, a satisfactory care food is not only a basic dietary need, but also a crucial aspect of ensuring their health🥰.

On September 19, 2025, we proactively visited several RCHEs to hold "Care Food Standards and Techniques Workshops" to help caregivers gain a deeper understanding of International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) and learn how to easily and quickly prepare delicious and refined care food dishes🥳.
