Nov 20-23: Gerontech and Innovation Expo cum Summit 2025🌐

The Gerontech and Innovation Expo cum Summit (GIES), held from November 20 to 23, 2025, featured a wide array of innovative products and services 🥳. At this year's exhibition, German Pool's Happy Kitchen Café & Bar, located at booth A211-09 in the "Care Food Pavilion" zone, showcased 11 care food dishes that comply with the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) 🥄🌐. Spanning from Levels 1 to 7EC 🥣, these dishes fully address the dietary needs of individuals with varying degrees of swallowing difficulties.

Beyond displaying professional care food meals, German Pool actively promoted the heartwarming concept of "homemade care food" 🏠👨‍🍳 at our booth. We hosted live demonstrations to show how to prepare various care food soft meals, offering on-site tastings so visitors could experience firsthand just how simple making care food at home can be 🥰.

Through promoting this vision, we hope that those in need are no longer limited to seeking external medical assistance or purchasing pre-packaged meals. Instead, they can enjoy home-cooked meals at the same table with their loved ones. While sharing delicious flavors, this also strengthens family emotional bonds, truly achieving the heartwarming goal of "sharing the same meal at the same table" 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🍽️❤️.
