Jan 3: Care Food Standards and Techniques Workshop @ HKPHIF😋

German Pool Happy Kitchen care food sharing workshop was successfully held on the stage of the HK Brands & Products Expo🎉. More than 150 elderlies and caregivers were present. They learned about the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI), and also experienced food tasting and two care food dishes made on site using German Pool's professional high-speed food processor❤️.
