Happy Kitchen Café & Bar, under German Pool, has specially partnered with the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) to become one of the pioneers in joining the "Care Food Incubation Scheme." Referencing the HKCSS "Care Food Standard Guidelines," we have crafted an 11-dish care food menu that complies with the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI). This achievement makes us the first seed restaurant in Hong Kong to offer a comprehensive range of care food spanning all 7 levels, from Levels 1 to 7EC.
